That Subcouncil 2 recommends to Council that the amount of R 44 444.45 to Ikamva Labantu Charitable Trust for the rendering of food relief to the community of Wallacedene in Ward 6 BE NOT SUPPORTED.

That Subcouncil 2 acknowledged the organisation Labantu Charitable Trust as qualified but do not SUPPORT and APPROVED the business plan as it does not serve across the entire Subcouncil 2 jurisdiction.
