The Subcouncil hereafter UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:

Not to support the amendment of the resolution as requested;

That the Subcouncil Manager be tasked with arranging a meeting with Alderman Vos (Mayco Member - Economic Opportunities and Asset Management, Alderman Marian Nieuwoudt, (Mayco Member - Spatial Planning and Environment), Property Management, Land-Use and Community Services to discuss the following:

That feedback be provided regarding the different phases of development of the Velodrome;

That feedback be provided on the status with all relevant applications i.e. town planning applications, environment impact studies etc.
