It is recommended that:

The subcouncil submit comments and input to line department, for consideration when compiling the draft budget

That a meeting be arranged with the relevant role-players to have focus groups whereby each councillors get the opportunity to say what their see as the future of their Ward and Subcouncil and how to fulfil that specific vision.
