Director Alesia Bosman reported that the item was brought back to the MRA schedule for monitoring and to determine during which financial year the infrastructure can be planned for. Cllr Elton Jansen responded that he made mention that it is important that the comments around the spatial planning for areas within
Subcouncil 23 must take cognizance of Highlands Estate.
Cllr Theron enquired whether the residents would want their zoning changed as it would impact on their monthly rates billing if the zoning
is changed from Agriculture.

Chairperson, Cllr Elton Jansen, advised that he had submitted comment around the infrastructure in Highlands Estate through the Budgeting process as well as submitting comment to the Spatial Development Framework process around the zoning of the area.
