RESOLVED
1. That Recreation and Parks Department submit a presentation to the September Subcouncil meeting providing feedback on:

The borehole implementation plan;
-
The sport facilities readiness for usage in the event the President announces a level that would allow certain sport codes to commence;

The presentation should include timelines on when the sport fields would be ready for users;
2. That the Manager, Mcebisi Johnson Fetu liaise with the Area Area: Mr Alexander Dykes to ensure that the presentation is submitted and
presented to the September Subcouncil meeting;
3. That that a roster with dates of the planned bi-weekly Lane Closure meetings be submitted to the September Subcouncil meeting
