RESOLVED

Subcouncil 24 supports the recommendation that:

It is recommended that the motion submitted by Ald Stuart Pringle be supported and that the City provide an update report to the Subcouncil regarding the progress with the alienation (lease of sale) of the City owned building on the cnr of New and Prince Streets Somerset West, including timelines of when it is anticipated that this matter will be finalized.

Mover: Ald Stuart Pringle and seconded by Cllr Gregory Peck with no objections to the motion.
