It is recommended that:

Subcouncil 24 NOTE the attached memorandum from the Office of the Mayco Member: Urban Management as set out in Annexure A.

Subcouncil 24 support the additional proposed ward allocation projects as identified by the Ward Councillors of Wards, 15, 84, 95, 96 & 109 as set out in Annexure B.

The previous recommendation taken on 23 July 2020 Subcouncil meeting be rescinded.
