The Subcouncil Manager introduced the report relating on Progressive Capital Expenditure: July 2020.

Cllr Yozi said that he would like to know when is the advert coming out of the GIA and also there is a programme they would like to do for Capacity building in the ward.

Mr. Daniels said that the advert was done and the closing date is 31st August 2020 and if all the paperwork is in order the funds will be paid out to beneficiaries by the end of November 2020, for Capacity Building councillors can send an email to the office and the request will be done.

Cllr Manata noted the report supported by Cllr Nyingwa.

There was unanimous agreement with the resolution.
