PROPOSED GRANTING OF RIGHTS FOR THE USE AND MANAGEMENT OF AN EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT FACILITY ON ERF 100836, SITUATED IN HOGSBACK ROAD, HEIDEVELD, CAPE TOWN TO FIFTH AVENUE DAY CARE (A NON PROFIT ORGANISATION (NPO)
Ms Abigail Jacobs informed the Subcouncil members that the purpose of the report to consider the application of the granting of rights for a period of two (2) years and 11 months to Fifth Avenue Day Care (an NPO) to use and manage the Early Childhood Development (ECD) on erf 100836, Hogsback Road, Heideveld, Cape Town as an ECD Centre on behalf of the City of Cape Town.
Cllr Moses informed the members that he made a request to the official that the report serve on green at the Subcouncil meeting. He said the process followed loose discussion on the side and much questions need to be resolved. Cllr Gungxe asked why the item should come back to Subcouncil on green and proposed that the official meet with Councillor Moses outside the Subcouncil meeting and thrash out point of concerns.
