RESOLVED to RECOMMEND that erf 2187 Cape Town situated at 1 Three Anchor Bay Road, Three Anchor Bay, in extent 457,2 m² and as indicated on the map as annexure “A” attached to the report, BE RESERVED for the Area North: Economic Development Department, subject to the following conditions:

The subject property will be utilised for the creation of a market and economic space only;

The Area North: Economic Development Department takes responsibility for the required land use processes, as well as compliance with any related legislation;

The said department accepts full responsibility for the management and maintenance of the land and any structure to be erected thereon, including maintenance, utility consumption, security and content insurance, as is applicable;

That all costs related to the above be provided for by the Economic Development Department.
