Subcouncil 16 nominate Councillor Thulani Dasa and as alternate, Councillor Matthew Kempthorne, to attend The Scott Estate and Baviaanskloof Community Improvement District, as observers.
b. The names of the political representatives be submitted to the Chief Whip to effect appointment by the Executive Mayor.
