Subcouncil 16 nominate Councillor Roberto Quintas and as alternate, Councillor Matthew Kempthorne, to attend Llandudno Special Rating Area (LSRA).
b. The names of the political representatives be submitted to the Chief Whip to effect appointment by the Executive Mayor.
