Subcouncil 16 nominate Councillor Matthew Kempthorne and as alternate, Councillor Dave Bryant, to attend Green Point City Improvement District (GPCID).
b. The names of the political representatives be submitted to the Chief Whip to effect appointment by the Executive Mayor.
