That the contents of the report be noted.

That the Subcouncil comment and make recommendations to the Executive Mayor together with the Mayoral Committee for submission to Council with regard to the IDP, as deemed necessary.

That the Subcouncil Manager be tasked with sending a reminder the all Ward Committee Members and institutions on the Community Organisation Database of Subcouncil 3 of the closing date for comments which is the 17th of June 2020.
