RESOLVED by Subcouncil 2 to recommend that
a) The content of the report BE NOTED and the change period of the 2019/20 financial year only covered in the report BE SUPPORTED;
b) Subcouncils comment and make recommendations to the Executive Mayor together with the Mayoral committee for submission to Council
with regard to the IDP, as deemed necessary.
