Director Solomons Johannes reported that the matter has been dealt with under the Municipal Planning By-Law and no longer under the Subcouncil Delegations which is not relevant. He explained that there is a process underway for the violation as detailed in the report and the administrative penalty will be applicable. He recommended that the item be noted. The item was subsequently noted by the house.
