RESOLVED that,
the application for extension of liquor licence trading hours received from reference no WCP/035309 GLENCAIRN TOPS LIQUOR STORE be DEFERRED until the applicant provides further motivation to deal with the impact of the following:

The risks to and nuisances on the surrounding community;

Mitigation measures to assist the control of risks and nuisances; and;

Possible benefits of extended liquor trading hours and days on the surrounding community is received.
