That Mr Jan Fourie (Acting Director: Parks and Recreation) be tasked with investigating the possibility of establishing a sports facility such as a mountain bike track, skateboard park, multipurpose surfaces for different ball sports and that a cost estimation be done in order to obtain funding in the forthcoming financial years.

That Messrs Kevin Jacoby (Executive Director: Finance) and Richard Bosman (Executive Director: Safety and Security) be tasked with investigating the possible establishing of council related facilities such as a cash office, a localised parks depot and a satellite/facility for Fire and Rescue services.
C. That feedback be provided to the Subcouncil on or before 20 May 2020.
