The Subcouncil Manager informed the membersof the following matters;

Studio Photo Shoot 24 February 2020 @ 11h00 5th floor Podium Block City of Cape Town Studio.

Annual Safety Plan – Metro Police / SAPS scheduled 13 March 2020.
The following Organisations in Subcouncil Database, Ward committee Members and Public must forward comments.

Ward 40: Basket of services Mayoral Roadshow (phase3) Ward 40 will be held on the 27/2/2020 at Luyolo Community Centre

Ward 44: Public meeting ward 44 was held on the 5/2/2020 at Bridgetown Community hall

Ward 46: In collaboration with the al-Imdaad Foundation, WCED, Red River Primary School and Councillor Aslam Cassiem, give the kids of Red River Primary Back Packs (stationary included) and new school Shoes. Date 12 February 2020 Venue: Red River Primary Manenberg

In Collaboration with WCED, Yumnah Alexander and Councillor Aslam of Ward 46 Matric for Adults Classes was launched at the Premises of TLC High School on Monday 10th February 2020. The Opening Event was a huge success more than 158 Possible Students was enrolled and classes are continuing 3 times a week at the TLC Premises.
