Meeting was held on 3 February 2020 with the office of the Mayor, N Williams and Herman Steyn to discuss New Housing Development for Hanover Park.

The Subcouncil Manager informed members that Land use applications will be presented at the Subcouncil Activity Day scheduled March 2020

Proposed transfer of ERF:124666 Cape Town situated at Valk Road Bridgetown, Athlone : De Billot Enterprises (PTY) LTD the report was deferred in order to clarify the public participation process on the matter. The Subcouncil office has liaised with Property Management in this regard.
