RESOLVED

That the item serves in the April Subcouncil meeting and in the interim to liaise with the Line Department to sort out all the outstanding notifications.

Where no assistance is given by the officials to send the officials an invitation to the Subcouncil meeting to come and explain why these notifications are so long outstanding and to copy in the Chairperson.

To find out from the Line Departments when a proper system will be in place when officials go out to check out a complaint and then the work has been done at an incorrect address.
