That the presentation on the C3 Notification system BE NOTED;

That representatives of the different departments attend future
Subcouncil meetings in order to address the oldest C3 notifications in the Subcouncil 2 area;

That future C3 notifications indicate the 20 longest outstanding notifications for the Subcouncil 2.
