That the official, Sipumelele Mbusi of Recreation & Parks submits to the Subcouncil office an expenditure report on repairs and maintenance on all parks in the different wards.

It is recommended that the attached progressive capital expenditure report as at the end of January 2020 be submitted to the Subcouncil for information and NOTING.
