UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED
That the decision taken at the meeting held on 28 January and 11 February 2020 pertaining to the re-allocation of funds from savings realised on the 2019/20 MURP projects (Durbanville and Fisantekraal Public Transport Interchange Precincts) BE NOTED, i.e.
“RESOLVED:

That in terms of the delegated authority granted to the Subcouncil Manager in conjunction with the Subcouncil Chairperson and affected ward councillors at its meeting held 20 January 2020 vide item 7SUB 28/1/20, the following be resolved:

That the amount of R 400 514 which became available as a result of the reduction in Law Enforcement Officers deployed and late commencement date, be reallocated as follows:
