That Subcouncil 18 NOTES the Progressive Capital Expenditure Report as at end January 2020 ;

That a meeting be arranged with Senior Management of City Health to discuss concerns relating to project C13.13110-F2 : New Pelican Park Clinic, Ward 67 ;

That Recreation and Parks officials conduct site visits to the parks in ward 68 to assess the park equipment and provide a detailed report to Subcouncil 18 within seven days ;

That Mr B Schuller : Metropolitan Police Services be engaged to provide a financial breakdown of CCTV Camera allocations approved for Subcouncils 18 and 19 ;

That a meeting be arranged with Messrs B Ford ; D Sass and Director A Sauls with regards to project concerns : WPX.0011705 : Youth Development Ward 68 ;
