Ms Jansen informed the meeting that the subcouncil did not receive the updated report from Traffic Services as requested.

That the item remains on the Matters Receiving Attention until updated report is received.

 

ACTION: DESRE LIEBENBERG

Mr A Schronen referred the members to the updated report on the agenda under item: 06SUB 7/6/2020 SM - Report on activities for Traffic Services for the months of January, February and March 2020 - Subcouncil 6. He also indicated that the monthly statistics for the traffic officers assigned to Wards 2 and 3 have also been submitted to the Subcouncil.

 

Cllr L van der Walt indicated that the submission of a report on the monthly statistics for traffic officers to the Ward Committees is sufficient.

 

Cllr B van der Merwe agreed with the process for the submission of the monthly statistics for traffic officers.

 

 

RESOLVED

 

That the matter receiving attention: Report on activities for Traffic Services for the months of October, November & December 2019: Subcouncil 6 be closed.
