That the Report on Activities for Traffic Services for the months of October, November and December 2019: Subcouncil 6 BE NOTED.      That the exact locations of the 11 taxi violations in Ward 2 be forwarded to Cllr Leonore van der Walt.   That the detailed report be submitted to Subcouncil 6 on the dedicated Traffic Officers for Wards 2 and 3.                .

Mr A Schronen referred the members to the updated report on the agenda under item: 06SUB 7/6/2020 SM - Report on activities for Traffic Services for the months of January, February and March 2020 - Subcouncil 6. He also indicated that the monthly statistics for the traffic officers assigned to Wards 2 and 3 have also been submitted to the Subcouncil.

 

Cllr L van der Walt indicated that the submission of a report on the monthly statistics for traffic officers to the Ward Committees is sufficient.

 

Cllr B van der Merwe agreed with the process for the submission of the monthly statistics for traffic officers.

That the matter receiving attention: Report on activities for Traffic Services for the months of October, November & December 2019: Subcouncil 6 be closed.
