That the project name of the list of MURP projects as endorsed by Subcouncil on 18 September 2019 be amended to reflect the change in project name and description as indicated in Annexure A attached to this report.

That the finalization of the project plan be submitted to the Subcouncil in the next meeting (February) as was resolved by the Subcouncil.
