Resolution detail
RESOLVED that:
It is recommended that a Portion of Erf 121003 Cape Town in extent 18m², indicated as ABCD on Plan STC 3151, attached as Annexure “A”, be reserved for Electricity Generation and Distribution Department, subject to the following conditions:

The subject property shall be utilised for the purpose of an Electricity Substation only;

The Electricity Generation and Distribution Department takes responsibility for the required land use processes, as well as compliance with any related legislation;

The said Department accepts full responsibility for the management and maintenance of the land and any structure to be erected thereon, including maintenance, utility consumption, security and content insurance, as is applicable;

That all costs related to the above be provided for by the Electricity Generation and Distribution.

It is further resolved that:

The said substation must be fenced (caged) by the Electricity Department.

The Electricity Department do regular site inspection to ensure that the substation maintained and cleaned.
