Resolution detail

RESOLVED that:

It is recommended that a portion of Erf 133801 Cape Town, situated at Spruce Street, Athlone measuring approximately 18m² in extent, indicated as ABCD on Plan STC 3122, marked Annexure “A”, be reserved for the Energy and Climate Change: Electricity Generation and Distribution Department, subject to the following conditions:

The subject property shall be utilised for the purpose of a Miniature Electricity Substation only;
The said Department accepts full responsibility for the management and maintenance of the subject property, including, utility consumption, security and contents insurance.
Energy and Climate Change: Electricity Generation and Distribution Department takes cognizance of and adheres to the conditions stated by the service branches in paragraph 8 below.

All costs related to the reservation shall be for the account of the Energy and Climate Change: Electricity Generation and Distribution Department.

It is further resolved that:

The said substation must be fenced (caged) by the Electricity Department.
The Electricity Department do regular site inspection to ensure that the substation maintained and cleaned.
