Resolution detail
RESOLVED that:
It is recommended that a portion of Erf 132007 Cape Town situated on Calendula Road, Silvertown measuring approximately 18m² in extent, indicated as ABCD on Plan STC 3123 marked annexure “A”, be reserved for the Energy: Electricity Generation and Distribution Department, subject to the following conditions:

The subject property shall be utilised for the purpose of a Miniature Electricity Substation only;

The Electricity Generation and Distribution Department takes responsibility for the required land use processes, as well as compliance with any related legislation;

The said Department accepts full responsibility for the management and maintenance of the land and any structure to be erected thereon, including maintenance, utility consumption, security and content insurance, as is applicable;

All costs related to the reservation shall be for the account of the Energy: Electricity Generation and Distribution Department.
It is further resolved that:

The said substation must be fenced (caged) by the Electricity Department

The Electricity Department do regular site inspection to ensure that the substation maintained and cleaned.
