RESOLVED
a) That the Jobseekers report for November 2019, BE NOTED.
b) That a request from the Subcouncil office BE SENT to all Line Departments to do a presentation to the Subcouncil informing them of all the EPWP project requests that will be submitted for the year in order for SC office to monitor implementation.
c) That the Councillors provide a list of all these projects within their respective Wards that has candidates repeatedly working on same contract for several months, the information to be submitted to the Subcouncil office.
d) That a follow up Activity day be arranged with the Line Departments responsible for implementing these EPWP projects to provide proper and accurate information on the concerned repeated projects.
e) Site visit to be arranged to the Parow EPWP office, to understand the randomization process.
