Subcouncil 20 notes the contents of the Quarterly Report from Disaster Risk Management for the period 1 October 2019 to 31 December 2019.
FURTHER RESOLVED TO RECOMMEND

Subcouncil 20 supports that a Management Plan be formulated for levels 6 and beyond with regards to loadshedding in terms of water and sewerage pump stations.

Subcouncil 20 supports the request that a database be established of residents on life support, termed to be in the vulnerable group who will need assistance during higher levels of loadshedding, should it occur.
