Resolution detail

 UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED to RECOMMEND that a portion of Remainder Erf 14334 Cape Town in extent 18 m², indicated as ABCD on Plan STC 3187v1, as Annexure A attached to the report, BE RESERVED for the Electricity Generation and Distribution Department, subject to the following conditions:

1. The subject property shall be utilized for an electricity substation only; 
2. The Electricity Generation and Distribution Department takes responsibility for the required land use processes, as well as compliance with any related legislation; 
3. The said Department accepts full responsibility for the management and maintenance of the land and any structure to be erected thereon including maintenance, utility consumption, security and content insurance, as is applicable;
