That the Executive Director of Environment and Spatial Planning furnish Sub Council 16 a progress report on the HPOZ for Rosebank and Vredehoek.
That the planning commences to implement these zones.
That the district plans take into account the future HPOZ’s.
That the planning department takes into account the future HPOZ’s when making decisions on planning applications”.
