It is recommended that:
It be NOTED that an event application for a liquor licence received from Levitatepark, Strand; LLA19050021 was considered in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
Subcouncil 08 recommends that the application for a Consumption ON Premises Liquor Licence, reference no. LLA19050021, Levitatepark, Strand, NOT BE SUPPORTED:
Applicant to submit an amendment to the site development plan to Land Use Management in order to include a restaurant as it was not part of the Site Development of the previously approved application.
