It was RESOLVED that

Having taken into consideration the proposal of the Ward Councillor, the composition of the Ward Committee for Ward 51 BE AMENDED as follows:
-
REMOVE one (1) seat from the Youth Sector and ADD to the Safety & Security Sector
-
The Subcouncil ENDORSES the amendments to the composition of the Ward Committee.

The Subcouncil undertake the process for the election of Ward Committee Members, in the following sectors Arts & Culture, Safety & Security and Education.

Cognisance be taken of the organisations registered as interested groups
