Resolution detail

It is recommended that the lease of a portion of Erf 11343 Brackenfell, situated at Kruiphout Crescent, Protea Village, Brackenfell and as shown as ABCD on the Plan No TA 1006v0 attached and marked annexure A, in extent 66m, to Sergio Lume Pedro or his successors in title, be approved subject to inter alia the following conditions:
 

1. A tariff rental of R522,61 per annum exclusive of VAT be payable;
2. The lease will endure for a period of ten years;
3. The rental will be adjusted annually in terms of the rental tariff structure as approved by Council;
4. The property be used for gardening and security purposes only;
5. Subject to such further conditions to be imposed by the Director: Property Management in terms of her delegated authority;
6. Subject to compliance with any other statutory requirements;
7. No compensation will be payable for any improvement made to the property;
8. No buildings or structures of any kind may be erected on the property.
