Resolution detail

RECOMMENDED that,
 
a portion of public place, erf 306 Ocean View situated at Kommetjie Main Road, Ocean View in extent 8230 m² and as indicated as ABCDEFGHJKLMN on Plan LT 1516v1, attached as Annexure “A”, be reserved for the Sustainable Urban Management Department, subject to the following conditions:
 

1. The subject property shall be utilised for the purpose of mix use development only;

2. The Sustainable Urban Management Department: Urban Integration takes responsibility for the required land use processes, as well as compliance with any related legislation;

3. The said Department accepts full responsibility for the management and maintenance of the land and any structure to be erected thereon, including maintenance, utility consumption, security and content insurance, as is applicable;

4. That all costs related to the above be provided for by the Sustainable Urban Management Department: Urban Integration.
