Subcouncil 3

Resolution detail

1. That the recommendations as noted in the minutes attached and marked Annexures A, B, C, D, E and F of ward committees 1, 4, 5, 70, 107 and 113 be supported by the Subcouncil.

2. That the Subcouncil Manager be tasked with, where applicable, directing and/or referring the items for action arising from the minutes, to the relevant departments for action/input/feedback due to the operational and/or policy implications of these matters.

3. That the actions of the Subcouncil Manager in forwarding the aforegoing to the relevant line departments directly after the ward committee meetings be condoned.
