RESOLVED TO RECOMMEND
Subcouncil 20 adopts the recommendations in the Summary Minute of the meeting held on 6 August 2019 as follows:

That an MOU is signed by all parties before any construction takes place.

That all stakeholder engagements be communicated to the Subcouncil Manager and Ward Councillors.
