That the Application for Extension of Liquor Trading Hours from 18:00 to 20:00 Monday to Saturday for Off-Consumption Premises in respect of: Ultra Liquors Goodwood, Erf 22386 & 27457, Shop 3, Goodwood Mall, Voortrekker Road, Goodwood, Licence Reference Number: WCP/002732 – Ward 27 BE APPROVED.
Should complaints be received concerning noise and/or unruly behaviour of patrons, these will be investigated and may result in the extended trading hours being withdrawn.
Any complaints received concerning noise and/or unruly behaviour of patrons will also be referred to the Western Cape Liquor Authority and may jeopardise the renewal of the liquor licence.
