Resolution detail

That the application for the extension of liquor trading hours from 18:00 to 20:00, Monday to Saturday Trading for Off-Consumption Premises in respect of: Parow Liquor City, Erf 7495, 143A Voortrekker Road, Parow, Licence Reference Number WCP/036278 – Ward 26 BE APPROVED.

Should complaints be received concerning noise and/or unruly behaviour of patrons, these will be investigated and may result in the extended trading hours being withdrawn.

Any complaints received concerning noise and/or unruly behaviour of patrons will also be referred to the Western Cape Liquor Authority and may jeopardise the renewal of the liquor licence.
