Subcouncil 20 defers the application for a lease for Constantia Curtains as the information contained in the report does not pertain to number 48 Main Road, Plumstead but to 50/52 Main Road, Plumstead.

Subcouncil 20 endorses that once the correct report is received, the Subcouncil Manager in consultation with the Ward Councillor and Chairperson, exercise the Subdelegated Rule pertaining to the Lease to Constantia Curtains.
