RESOLVED TO RECOMMEND

Subcouncil 20 notes the content of the report for the installation of a cellphone base station at Erf 121002, Allenby Drive, Retreat.

Subcouncil 20 notes that proof of the letters sent both registered and hand-delivered to the abutting owners and the civic associations, which included electronic notifications be sent to the Subcouncil Manager.

Subcouncil 20 notes the opposition of the Ward Councillor, Cllr Southgate, to the application to lease a portion of City-owned land for the installation of a telecommunication structure.
