Subcouncil 20 notes the contents of the Progressive Capital Expenditure Report for October 2019.

FURTHER RESOLVED TO RECOMMEND

Subcouncil 20 notes that all communications regarding projects in Ward 71 be sent to the Subcouncil Manager and the Ward Clerk (Robyn Carollisen).

Subcouncil 20 notes that a site inspection be convened with the Princess Vlei Forum to finalise matters for the completion of the project.

Subcouncil 20 notes that project managers to meet with Ward Councillors to discuss projects.
