The application for the extension of trading hours for off-consumption trading WCP/037427 TOERIES KOOP & LOOP OCEAN VIEW, Monday to Sunday be DEFERRED for the following reasons:

No motivation from the applicant dealing with the impact of the following was received in terms of Clause 9 (j) of the By-Law:

The risks to and nuisances on the surrounding community;

Mitigation measures to assist the control of risks and nuisances; and;
