It is recommended that the lease of a portion of public street, being a portion of public place, erf 5270 Gordon’s Bay, abutting erf 5271 situated off Aristea Crescent, Gordon’s Bay, shown lettered ABCD on the attached sketch ET 764 marked annexure A, in extent approximately 60m², to Lameez Dollie, owner of erf 5271 or her successors in title, BE APPROVED subject to inter alia the following condition, that:
(a.)The objections not be upheld.
(b.) A tariff rental of R522. 61 per annum excluding VAT calculated at the rate applicable at the time of transaction by payable. Rates not applicable;
(c.) The lease will endure for a period of ten (10) years with an option to renew for further ten (10) years.
(d.) The rental will be adjusted annually in terms of the rental tariff structure as approved by Council;
(e.) The property be used for gardening and security purposes only
(f.)Subject to such further conditions to be imposed by the Director: Property Management in terms of her delegated authority;
(g.) Subject to compliance with any other statutory requirements;
(h.) No compensation will be payable for any improvement made to the property.
