RECOMMENDED that
 
  The lease of portion of public street, being a portion of erf 3285 adjacent to erf 2770 situated at Liedla Street, Kuils River, shown hatched and lettered by the figure ABCD on the attached sketch ET 345 marked annexure A to the report, in extent approximately
155 m², to Johan Michiel and Merinda Du Toit, owners of Erf 2770 Kuils River or their successors in title, be approved subject to inter alia the following conditions:
 

1. A tariff rental of R1 044,35 per annum excluding VAT calculated at the rate applicable at the time of transaction be payable.  Rates not applicable.

2. The lease will endure for a period of ten (10) years with an option to renew for a further ten (10) years;

3. The rental will be adjusted annually in terms of the rental structure as approved by Council;

4. The property be used for gardening purposes only;

5. Subject to such further conditions to be imposed by the Director: Property Management in terms of her delegated authority;

6. Subject to compliance with any other statutory requirements;

7. No compensation will be payable for any improvement made to the property
