(1) That the Granting of In-Principle approval: Transfer of
the City Land being a portion of ERF 375 Mfuleni: Kick-
Off Properties (PTY) LTD, BE SUPPORTED.
(2) That the ANC does not support the application.
(3) That Transport Department to present the plans
regarding the upgrade of the Mfuleni taxi rank and
widening of the roads
