It be NOTED that an application for a liquor licence received from MUNAS’S OFF SALES was considered in terms of sub delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:

That Subcouncil 10 recommends that the application for a Consumption OFF Premises Liquor Licence, reference no. LLA19090025, for the business Muna’s Off Sales be CONDITIONALLY SUPPORTED.

The reason to give a conditional support is because Muna’s Off Sales application for land use for temporal departure is still being considered by the planning department.
